Project V Day Eight: Deer Antler

Day Eight - check.  Today was the first day of Project V that I've worked during daylight hours.  Days off are too dang few and far between.  Apparently sunshine made me want to draw a deer antler.

I found this little antler in Wyoming.

Day Eight grid.  She's filling up.

Project VII-Day Thirty: Grass

And that is a wrap! Day Thirty's photo was taken at Oliver Nature Park in Mansfield, TX earlier this summer. The labeling of each drawing evolved during the project. In the bottom left-hand corner is the sequence number of the drawing within the 30-day time frame and the location of where the reference photo was taken. My take away from this particular project was having the opportunity to spend more time with a special moment I had in nature. It allowed me to marvel at the intricacies of the plants and animals around us.
